This handmade 18-inch Sirupate Kukri is expertly crafted by skilled bladesmiths at Grace Kukri House (Khukuri Craft Pvt. Ltd.) in Kathmandu, Nepal. Inspired by Nepal’s traditional kukri-making heritage, this kukri features a distinctive Sirupate blade design with four fullers (chira) and a carefully finished semi-polished appearance. The blade is made from high grade carbon steel, a material commonly associated with vehicle leaf springs. It features a strong full tang construction and a 5.5-inch rosewood handle, combining traditional styling with practical craftsmanship. The handle complements the classic shape of the Sirupate blade and provides a traditional Nepalese appearance. This kukri comes with a handmade wooden scabbard covered in black leather, designed to complement its traditional look. It also includes two traditional side tools, a Karda and a Chakmak, housed inside the scabbard. Handcrafted in Nepal with attention to detail, this 18-inch Sirupate Kukri reflects the heritage and skills of Nepali bladesmiths. It is a distinctive piece for kukri collectors and people interested in Nepalese culture, traditional craftsmanship, and authentic kukri designs.
