About the Kukri Design and History

Its distinctive curved blade and characteristic shape have long been recognized as part of Nepalese craftsmanship and history. The Service No. 1 design reflects the traditional military-style kukri associated with Gurkha service. This 10-inch version combines that distinctive design with the craftsmanship of Grace Kukri House in Kathmandu, Nepal. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to its blade shape, handle construction, and traditional appearance.
